1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ecolandscapecare.com ("Site") and the services offered by Eco Landscape Care ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this Site or engage our services.

2. Services
We provide landscaping services including: lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping and paving, irrigation system design and installation, tree and shrub care, eco garden design and xeriscaping, and outdoor lighting design and installation.
The specific scope, price, timeline, and terms for any individual service engagement are set out in a written quotation or service agreement provided before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to any such specific agreement.
3. Quotations and Agreements
Quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation is not a binding contract — a contract is formed when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope of work changes after the initial site assessment, or if site conditions are materially different from those assessed.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) unless stated otherwise. "From €X" price anchors on this Site are indicative starting prices; the actual price is set out in the written quotation.
Payment terms: Payment terms are set out in the written quotation.
Payment methods: Payment methods are set out in the written quotation.
Late payment interest may be applied in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004) at the rate applicable at the time.
5. Cancellation by You
You may cancel a confirmed engagement by contacting us in writing. Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation more than 7 working days before the scheduled start date: deposit refunded in full (less any materials already ordered at your specific request).
- Cancellation within 7 working days of the scheduled start date: deposit retained to cover preparation costs.
- Cancellation after work has commenced: you are liable for the proportion of work completed plus any materials ordered.
See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further detail.
6. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel or postpone an engagement where site conditions are unsafe or materially different from those assessed, you have not provided access to the property, or prior payment obligations have not been met. We will notify you as soon as practicable and, where cancellation is on our part without fault on yours, refund any deposits paid.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the site and any relevant conditions (access, water supply, existing underground services, restrictions).
- Ensure we have access to the property at the agreed times.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the property or its use that may affect the service.
- Obtain any planning or building permits required for the work (we will advise where this is likely to be needed, but the obligation rests with you as the property owner).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant engagement.
- We are not liable for damage caused by conditions not reasonably discoverable at the time of the site assessment.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual Property
Design plans, drawings, species lists, water budgets, lighting schemes, and other documents we produce remain our intellectual property until the project fee is paid in full. Once paid, you have a licence to use those documents for the specific property they were designed for. You may not reproduce or resell our design documents.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, specifically those of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless you are a consumer under EU law, in which case you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes materially affect an existing service agreement, we will notify you in advance.
